1. Eligibility for Returns

Items are eligible for return or exchange only if:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All tags, labels, and packaging are intact
  • The request is made within the specified return period (7 days after delivery)
2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Items purchased on sale or clearance
  • Customized or special-order items
  • Items not in original condition or missing tags

3. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of approval or rejection of your refund
  • If approved, your refund will be processed via the original payment method or store credit
  • Refunds may take 3–5 working days to reflect

4. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for size or product issues, subject to availability.

5. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (images/video). We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

6. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs covered by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

7. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
